Default Collision repair in OC/so cal?

Well...I came out of my office to find quite a mess...someone hit my 73 T while it was parked in our structure. Of course no note and no witnesses.
The left fender and bumper were bent in ...with a little prying I was able to straighten enough to be able to drive it. Car drove just fine, but it will definitely need some work....while upsetting...I guess it could have been worse....

Will be speaking to hagerty in the morning

....in the mean time any suggestions or record on a good shop in SoCal to do the body work?

thanks!!!

Ouch.....

That's a real bummer. Any chance you could do a little detective work and walk the garage other car must have some minor damage.

I did a little walk around...didn’t see anything, but the plan is to make a the rounds over the next few days and see if we can track down someone...since it’s likely they’ll be in the structure again...

Given that this is not just any car, I would check with John Esposito in North Hollywood, who knows these cars very well.

thankfully it is not too bad, what is bad is that ANYONE would hit and run like this. Thankfully there are plenty of SO CAL places that can fix your car perfectly

Bad press about this shop over the last year - not sure if it is accurate but worth a bit of caution .

1 customer with an ax to grind put that out there trying to fight a mechanic's lien on the car after discovering he had bought a car with a lot more repairs needed that he expected when he bought it. A lot of nice cars have rolled out of the shop since then.

Thanks for all the notes. Still working to see if we can track down the culprit. This was in Aliso Viejo near the Renaissance. No cameras in the structure but they are looking at the entrance/exit to see if they can see people leaving with matching damage...we also know the color of the car is green which will help
The security team is also making rounds looking for cars...
In the mean time I’m starting to explore shops to get this baby back on the road soon!

Does anyone have experience with East Auto in Orange? They came recommended from another Porsche friend

Bummer, but your car will be good as new. Could have been worse.
Fender, lights, bumper.

Hey everyone! Thanks again for the support and as a quick update...no news on the perp...no luck with cameras or tracking them down..

The good news though! I just got the car back from East Auto Body. Shane was awesome...worked with insurance and delivered the car back ahead of schedule ...dare I say in even better shape than before!

Thanks again to all who posted!

Looks good. I saw this car at Joey's shop a few weeks back.

Yep...had it with Joey to refresh the suspension which was planned before the incident...we took care of that while waiting for insurance to clear etc.
Worked out so I didn’t have too much down time from the car...and now it rides amazing too!
