Default Found 1977 911s in barn

I found a 1977 Porsche 911s and trying to find out if I found a lost diamond please help

These days a lost gem would be a 911S that is 1973 or older. That doesn't mean the 1977 is junk, but it's going to depend on what shape it's in. Can you post some photos? Also need to know what engine is in it (may not be original, that could be good or bad). There is an engine type number stamped on the engine case, facing up, to the right of the fan. Assuming it's a USA car (we don't know where you are) it should be 911/85.

We need a lot more detail.

A 77 911s is run of the mill and if it was parked due to pulled head studs. Well ..

Depends what you can get it for.

Any barn find is a gem... some way more valuable than others. A factory stock 77 has value regardless of condition. Btw all 77s were 911S. The motors we're the weak point. They are good candidates for back dating and replica projects a la the ST variants. Or restore/preserve as a wonderful driver
