I attended Porsche's 70th Anniversary Celebration yesterday at our local dealer in Charlottesville. They had a couple of interesting 911's on display. There was a 4.0 liter Singer 911, a couple of 911 Speedsters and an immaculate 1973 911 2.7 RS "Lightweight". The BBQ buffet was pretty darn good also.

I stay at the Omni Hotel in Charlottesville sometimes for work and that dealer is on my morning running route. One of the salesman was super nice early one morning when I was a sweaty mess looking at the cars on the lot!

That's funny! The folks at Flow Porsche are super nice and very supportive of our local PCA region.

I was at our local dealership also. So many Porsches showed up there was no place to put them all.
The classics got front and centre though

Looks like a very nice celebration iceman. Nothing beats the look of a group of classic 911's.

Attended the one in Rocklin Ca, a 918 and about 80 others showed up.
