Default Looking into my first 911

Hi all,
I'm looking into acquiring my first Porsche, it's an '88 Carrara Coupe. The car has 160k miles on it, but little other information is provided by the seller. I'm waiting receipts from the past few years of ownership. The AC was pulled from the car, but the mechanic apparently retains all the parts.

A couple things I know to look for, the compression of the motor, most recent valve adjustment, and clutch release fork pivot aside from the standard used car inspections.

I've tried to attach some pics. I'm looking for some advice on other things to look out for (I've tried to do as much digging as I can). I'm also searching for a recommendation on a Porsche shop to complete a pre purchase inspection in the Boston area.

Really appreciate the help!
Steve
