What is the tightening/loosening sequence for the 6 mounting bolts for the drivers seat on a 911.
Is there a correct technique so you don't "paint yourself into a corner"?

No sequence. I usually run the seat all the way back and take out the front two allen bolts the slide the seat forward and do the four back ones.

As Kurt said [and as I have experienced], you should slide the seat back and undo/remove the fronts. Then you can slide it forward farther than before you took out the front bolts and actually have access to the rears. You will go nuts trying to get at the rears without doing this.
