Close up left side.
Hi. I just got my 1979 SC back from the paint shop and when reassembled the rear "Porsche" reflector is not centered. The shop says they can't figure it out and I'm reluctant to continue with them. #confidencedwindled
Any thoughts? Could this be the wrong part or is there a trim piece missing. See photos. Thanks.

Look at your second picture..... WHY IS THERE A FARKING HOLE IN YOUR PAINT???
It just came back from the paint shop with that hole? And you are worried about trim?

Definitely a hole in the paint there on the right quarter panel. Ick. Did the whole car get painted? Was there an accident in the back which prompted the repaint?
The decklid gap is way off on the right side too. Those screws should be black imho.
I had my 75 apart recently and the reflector is adjustable side to side. You would have to remove the rear valance, muffler, and heat shield to get to it. Later cars have clips that hold the reflector pegs in. I would think they are adjustable as well. The reflector is super fragile, so be very careful if you remove it or adjust it.
