Default Engine missfire cylinder 1, 3 and 5

I have a 2006 911 4, with 13K miles. Never had any issues, but got check engine when starting car after not having driven it for a few weeks. I don't drive it very often. Anyway, check engine turned out be missfire cylineder 1, 3 and 5. I cleared the codes but should I be concerned. Car have had recent oil change and service (in June 2017).
