Default Wider Tires on 997.2 C2 (base)

Greetings,

I happened across a set of 4 OZ racing wheels (front: 11 x 18, rear: 12 x 18) for sale.

My first question: will this cause problems with the limited slip differential?

Wll they fit the narrow body? What spacers (if any) would be needed?

Also, any negative effect on handling or anything else to watch out for (wheel rubbing)?

Cheers,

Doug

You've made a common mistake, posting something about a non-911 in the 911 forum. I'm referring to the sequence 911, 964, 993, 996, 997, 991. You can blame Porsche for this confusing business.

Apologies! I saw my mistake when I noticed the Air/Oil cooled bit just after posting. I'm new here
