Porsche Experience Center L.A
Awesome time there yesterday, if you havn't been you must go..you don't even have to buy track time, you can simply go view the amazing car collection & have lunch overlooking the track.
Yesterday i had a German client fly in from PA, he bought a 73 911 from me over the phone last week & yesterday he flew in to view it before shipping it to PA, after he saw it, i surprised him & his fam with a visit to the experience center...we had a great time & the kids enjoyed it..so did my Dog Enzo ! Food is great and actually not overly expensive, service was A1!
check out the pic of the Rothmans rally Porsche, the dirt on the car is from 1985 and there is a sign saying "Dont clean the dirt its original 1985 dirt)

I'm just imagining all the ways I'd be posing for pictures with the 917 that wouldn't warrant the dude coming over to tell me to stop... I think my go-to would have to be a head on shot of the car, me laying on my side, forearm between my head and the ground haha..

Really it was before the opening. The guards wouldn't even let us in the parking lot. Then we we're told we could park....we filled the parking lot. Then as management started to see millions of dollars worth of advertising couldn't buy the good PR they could extract from this they asked us in, gave us swag, showed us around, invited us back, and sold out the snack bar. A few threads on Pelican later and it was a win/win day for everyone. Even when we lined our cars up for pictures the first freaked out then relaxed then helped organize it.
