Firestone: Firehawk Indy 500
Is anyone running these? I have heard good things, but am on the fence. They will be a summer only (obviously), spirited back-roader, as well as some highway trips to shows/meets/rallies.
If anyone has any pictures of them on the car, please post. The look of a tire is also a very important aspect for me.

Can't find it in 245/45/16
Otherwise I'd buy a pair today. Still haven't put rubber on my new 9's. Thinking of going with Toyo R888R but also thinking that is too far

I really wanted to go with the new R888R, but summer is nearly half over now, and like you said, I also think It may be a bit much. We'll see what next spring has in store though.

I bought the Firestones on Tire Rack, then found out the rears are backordered until Oct.
Ended up going with the fairly new Continental Extremecontact Sports. Less aggressive than what I wanted, but I'll deal for now.
