I have not seen it, or my car yet, but a regular bolt I guess.

I figure I grab a vat of vaseline for the center caps.
My OCD gets me 10 minutes early for every meeting, so I manage to do without watch ;-)

I just use a pair of opened up needle nose pliers to move the locking lug into position. No special tool needed.

I use a 1/2" socket extension to release the wheel lock...the fit is pretty good.
