In a well attended press conference, OPP commissioner Fantino remarked: " They just don't get it. While there are 492 law abiding drivers in the Province of Ontario, the majority may need to be executed". Commissioner also introduced a new law: " street racing while stopped". This is not a capital offence, but anyone who is seated in a car capable of over twice the speed limit will be assumed to have done so, and will be given an unsupervised speeding conviction. Such irresponsible owners will have a choice of having their cars crushed or listening to the collected press conferences of Commissioner Fantino. It is believed that the majority will choose to have their cars crushed.

Don't want to scare you guys but there are rumors that a new laws is about to be voted on in Ottawa ,there will be no more speeding ticket handed on our roads & hwy in Canada & this is the solution the pencil pushers came up with .
