I was told this during a DE Day by a Porsche racer and instructor Lime Rock:

Pressure increase will depend on how hard you are pushing. LRP is hard on lefts. Start 4 psi below target on left, 2 lower on right then adjust / bleed down after first session, best to have someone help you right after you pull in. Start on left front then left rear, then right front then right rear. For actual target I’d use manufacturers recommendations. (you didn’t state what tire).

me about 7 yrs ago. As a guide - decent in hitting marks was off T1 apex a bit. E36 m3, 2900ish lbs, non ABS, 6200 rpm/200 hp to meet power/weight of class, Hoosier 275 A7 or R7 can’t remember, big front splitter to firewall, big rear wing. 60.4 secs decent..
