Hey Guys- When I see all the cool inserts on everyone's carbon buckets I regret not specing them! Do seat inserts for two-ways exist and if so where?? Would love to add some pepita to my car!
You’ll need to take it to an upholstery shop. They’ll remove the seat skins and sew in your fabric of choice. I can see why you’d want to do it, it is nice to personalize.
If you have LWBS, can’t recommend P1 Designs more. Incredible customer service, selection, and quality. Here’s a custom fabric that matches SB with yellow accents perfectly.

When you say “two-way” seat…do you mean LWB carbon seat or do you mean the base seat (which I think might be 4-way adjustable)?
If you wanted to spec it when building the car, it would have meant CXX (special wishes) with LWB seats, which has minimum requirements and costs, and often delays the final product.
I ordered inserts from P1 Designs. I knew I was going to do this when I spec’d the car because I didn’t really want the CXX options nor the wait associated. I chose an OEM historic fabric (Porsche Script) and it was ordered from Germany by my service manager, and shipped to P1. I didn’t see it until I received the inserts and it was exactly what I wanted (I was looking for very subtle, under-the-radar, unique and OEM). I love it! I opted for the memory foam and it made the seats even more comfortable than before.
Dealing with Kim at P1 @P1Designs was great. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had, with any company, bar none.
If your car has the base seats, then @UncleDude gave the best answer.

Thanks all for the responses and for the amazing pictures of you inserts. I have base seats so it sounds like going to an upholster would be the only option (and one I'm unlikely to do for now).

Agreed P1 Designs made my custom inserts as well, At first glance I thought you had found the same fabric as I did, but there are some differences. Both work well with SB and yellow accents
Looks so sharp. I will have to reach out to them for something for my GB with SY accents.
