Gallery - Not One… But Two 718’s at Sunset! | TAG Motorsports
Enjoy these two Porsche 718’s under the San Diego sunset
. A little while back, we enhanced both these cars at the same time. One Porsche 718 Cayman GTS 4.0 and one Porsche 718 Boxster Spyder. Both of these 718’s belong to two long time customers of ours, and both of them like to enjoy their Porsches to the fullest!
First up, we equipped the 718 GTS 4.0 with the Fabspeed Motorsport Over Axle Pipes, TAG Custom Painted Calipers, and XPEL Front End Clear Bra. The Fabspeed Over Axle Pipes were the perfect compromise for sound, as our customer wanted an improved tone over stock without going too loud. Our customer is also an avid “canyon carver” and often organizes rallies with our local San Diego Porsche Club, so the XPEL Front End Clear Bra was necessary to protect their car on those spirited drives.
Next up, we equipped the 718 Boxster Spyder with the Soul Performance Valve Controller Kit and Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 Tires. This customer has been a long time client of ours, having owned multiple Audi’s in the past but now moving onto Porsche! Our customer wanted to keep the stock exhaust for now but wanted the ability to open/close the valves on command, making the Soul Performance Valve Controller Kit the perfect solution. Our customer also frequently takes their Spyder to autocross, making the Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 Tires ideal for those sessions.
These two Porsches are both equally as fun and offer a pure driving experience that any car enthusiast would enjoy! If you had to choose, which one would you take?
