I usually resist posting my builds on here simply for the fact you get a ton of feedback. My build is for me and me only... usually could care less what others think. I crack up when people voice their personal feelings on other peoples builds. Each person has different style and we should celebrate that. What works for me doesn't for many. It's the reason so many gravitate to Porsche. The pleather of options allow you to express your style a custom to each's own. To everyone... go with your gut... and not regret.

One thing I do enjoy is see what others are doing, I find it interesting what other people choose but I rarely comment unless I am responding to a question of how/why you need a specific option to let's say enable another.

Burning Brakes
Here's my current build: https://configurator.porsche.com/porsche-code/PRU3CSD8
I started out at $190k but decided to add the magnesium wheels and PCCB. And if I got PCCB, I had to get the black calipers. So that added ~$25k to the price. The only thing I wasn't really sure of is the top. I initially had the red, but seeing some videos with it, would have preferred deviated stitching than piping, but didn't want just black, so went with grey which would match the car's color. I'll get race-tex visors (euro style, so no stickers) to install myself along with clear markers. Was going to get white dials, but decided to just leave it. I'm not actively watching the tach when even driving my GT4 anyways. I know not everyone likes the clock wart, but I like it.

Wanted to spec pts but don’t wanna spend almost 30k for a paint(not gonna do WP if I don’t have to)
Was thinking riviera/olympic/jade green/fish silver if I were to go pts

My entire production schedule moved up 2 weeks. States production complete end of February. Doesn't help though... as my European Delivery is still pending and earliest date is sounding like May? Won't know for sure until next month. Did anyone else's move up? Happened after revised my build. At the same time it states enter and exit CT the same day, which I know isn't true. My Spyder took a few weeks last Summer. Either way, I'm padded pretty good timing wise.

You say that you changed your spec, as in removing stuff to make the build less custom, ie. less delays?

Order placed!!! Woot!!
it’s in V110 due to PTS.
Assuming it needs to be accepted before I receive the track your dream link?
how long does it typically take Porsche to approve PTS?

n4v4nod, did that also move your delivery date? I changed my spec about a week ago or so, with no change to delivery date (July 9). I am not entirely sure if it moved the build date itself.

Here in Italy we're still waiting... it looks like the US market comes first!
