Thanks. This is true if you're registering your car in California with PECLA delivery but because I'm registering mine out of state but doing PECLA delivery it comes through the Houston port then gets shipped to PECLA.

Not sure what it says about my addiction that when I see the chart I recognize most of those ships and wonder to myself whatever happened to the Supreme Ace and what did he do to get himself replaced by SFL Composer?! I need details.

For folks in the US... Has anyone received their MY25 SRS yet? I know it's highly doubtful, but I thought I'd ask. The reason I'm asking is because I know that CARB certification has to take place for new model year and that always adds to the delay in the delivery process, but if someone has already taken delivery, then it might not be an issue.

My VIN was so different than everyone else's, I sort of wondered if I was actually getting a base Macan in baby blue with tan interior...

I have a car that just got to emden today scheduled to depart between 9/9 and 9/28. Sounds like a ride on amethyst ace, marvelous ace, emden or Wolfsburg.
How do you figure out which one you get on?
Also, how backed up is emden currently?
Many thanks!

Look up "TYD Hack" here on Rennlist. Once your TYD updates you that your car has been loaded onto a ship, you follow the TYD Hack instructions to find out which ship, and then you can use marinetraffic.com or vesselfinder.com to track the ship on its journey.

I'm aware that US Spyder RS delivery numbers will be in the ballparkof (a bit more common than) 991.1 GT3 RSes. I've sold these cars before, when RS cars were much rarer than that.
Yep. This was the only bird in the hand. I had a lot of potential backups, but none firm at the moment.
I just committed in White. I've had Porsches -- all white -- for one month short of a decade now. Turns out I'll have some form of a white Spyder (now RS) for 50 years after all.

Through a broker, I ended up securing a (non-PTS) car I'm currently tracking, for LESS money (incl. finder's fee) despite the car being in one of the best markets for Spyders. Including flight and shipping it'll be break-even with what was originally being discussed locally.
Based on current timeline I expect it to arrive in Boston area mid-to-late January, so it'll be getting paint corrected, PPFd, and other things done since it'll mostly sit in a garage until the roads aren't icy/slushy/salty garbage so I can blitz the 2000 break-in miles on it.
Though until it is being loaded onto the enclosed truck... "it ain't yours yet." I'm aware. Looking like it's taken care of, but it'll be another 4 months before I can officially say I got it done at a fair price despite basically zero brand history.

So they apply protective covering after sitting in a port for a week or more?
