The left side is slightly lower than the right.

 

I'd recommend removing the plate and slightly elongating the right side hole on the plate itself. It'll avoid you having to drill anothet hole or screwing the plate in too tight in to the plastic.

I might have missed it, but do you have stock headers? M-Engineering telling me stock headers constitutes Stage 1 tune. Just curious about how you are set up and if a Stage 2 tune is possible and beneficial with stock headers. Thanks!
