Great post, thx!
Big shout out to Mayur and Sean - hope this leads to more Great things for the Smokies GT!! Not enough adjectives out there to describe how good the group is.
2 pics, one at the Dragon with the Smokies GT in 2022, and the second the closest I will ever come to a tattoo, the sill on the Spyder to profess my loyalty to the group.

^Awesome shots and badass custom door sill.
The Smoky Mountains are always a great time! Good to see Henry Catchpole checking out some of the best roads in North America.
Having been to TOTD several times over the years, my brother and I plan to road trip there this Fall/Spring ‘24 with my Spyder and his 4RS. It’d be awesome to meet some locals and maybe time it with some Porsche events and a visit to PEC ATL!

When at smokies I go with a small group around 5:30am and we get there around 6:30 am and we get two or three good runs in before people start showing up. Our rule of thumb is arrive at the bottom before sunrise so you can go at first light.

Was fortunate to do it last spring on my way from Knoxville to Atlanta for a wedding. We rolled thru at about 8 am and it was super quiet. The roads in that area are amazing and worth the time to check out.
