it's close enough vs my DB meter for this sort of thing.

Nope. Just a plastic plug over the hole.

Well I guess I missed responding to you (for months) sorry.
Still plan OAP's I've just been waiting to hear more in person.
We still prefer the outside sound on the 981 GTS with the Cargraphics headers and cats. And it appears they have not made a 4RS exhaust yet.

I agree, maybe the PCM unit is just better in the 4RS but I'm able to use hands free on the phone fine in this car vs the 2015 GT3 (which sucked) Audio sounds better as well, both cars have the Bose level audio.

The 4RS doesn't pull its "Jekyll & Hyde" act until you romp on it.

It sounded like RSR but I would come home literally with temporary hearing loss (which is semi permanent and eats your hearing away slowly) so I got rid of that system. I’m curious how loud it is.

EDIT: Question is for GT4RS
What....?
Thats what you will be saying after your drive.
If you are easy on the throttle, the sound level is very bearable. Its actually a very nice healthy strong burble.
But, step on it and hell does break loose. Hang on because this is an animal of a car. From 6K to 9K you will be in heaven. Just a super strong smooth pull, and an explosion of sound.
This is an amazing car!

Sound is fantastic, not too loud at all. Got a couple thousand miles on mine now and really enjoy it all around. Fun car on the track as well!
