Entire AC unit is defective so they are in the middle of replacing it all. They said it should be ready sometime this week. Originally it was just the AC Extractor valve and i was supposed to pickup the car monday but they found more stuff wrong with the AC so hence the delay.

I was just there this past weekend. If its anything like it was its going to be packed. I won't be able to make it however as i have plans for that day, but if any of you guys do go i highly recommend getting lunch at La Costanera right next door. Fantastic Peruvian food and was introduced to us by some friends from Peru who said this is the best Peruvian food they've had in the states.

it used to be possible to find the ships schedules online which would give a good indication of cars departure and arrival dates at Port of Entry ... PWL is the shipping line ...or actually Volkswagen konzernlogistik gmbh but I looked and could not find the .pdfs online...

*sigh* looks like this repair is taking longer than expected and so i'll be another week without my car. I really hope this gets fixed. At this point it feels like i'm paying for something i don't even have and it feels bad.
