At first, I wanted Lizard Green, but then after seeing it in photos, I felt it is a bit "too much".
I really liked the yellow I saw today on the GT4 - but yellow stitching requires yellow calipers, and I don't want the PCCB, and I won't paint my calipers yellow (any other color is fine).
I REALLY want Orange - but no matching seat belts.
Looking for ideas

I specced leather Steering Wheel and Shift **** as I’d get annoyed with keeping the race-tex in tip top condition. And that is how I know when you spec Silver/Red/Yellow stitching and opt for leather Steering Wheel/Shift **** you get black stitching makes 0 sense in real world but I guess to Porsche it makes sense

I am pretty sure that it can be cleaned up, some people don't care at all about things like this so it wouldn't matter what the material was.

I wasn’t fortunate enough to spec my spyder. When I first saw the interior two things jumped out at me, firstly the person didn’t spec heated seats (dumb), secondly I thought the trim was plasti dipped. It turns out the trim is leather wrapped, which I don’t think is a very popular option. The stitching is grey / black so it is quite subtle (I like that). I don’t really care for the leather dash, but I really like that ticking that box brings the racetex on the lower dash and door card. I think the muted interior goes well with the elegant gentian blue exterior. I may change the seat centres to something more interesting, but I’m in no hurry to do that (also the 18 way seats are incredible).

Suede doesn't do well with wear. The idea is to absorb sweat on track (haha) days, so one can imagine it will get worn and filthy. Mine is leather on touch surfaces.

Here are a couple of interior pics from my new CGTS 4.0 (CWM). Overall, I wanted the black/white contrast with some red accents to complement the red brake calipers.
Thanks to fellow Rennlisters for your patience and advice. So much of what I read and learned from the community ended up in this car.
- 18-way seats
- White gauges, Guards red sport chrono
- Carbon fibre trim and illuminated door sills
- Embossed storage compartment
- Smoking package
- Multi-function steering wheel
- Burmester sound system
