Personally, I didn't like them that much, they initially felt comfortable for like 5 minutes but then my back started to hurt after about 40 minutes.

I will ask my SA to add PCCB and let you guys know.

 

yeah it will very vary from person to person. I did a 7 hour road trip in them the day i picked up the car and thought they were amazing. My only complaint is that they are a bit too upright but i bought recliner brackets to fix that.

 

I think if I could tilt only the back of the seat to increase the angel I am sitting it would have been more comfortable for me

 

apparently there were some models of the GT4 in other countries that could get a reclining bucket seat.

 

In my 2010 GT3 the buckets could be tilted forward for getting access to the rear but couldn’t be tilted to the rear.

 

Well that sucks. My build locked Feb 24 and just finished assembly yesterday. Wish I could have had buckets.

 

aw that sucks. Same thing happened to me with the new PDLS LED lights they released. My build completed right as they released the 4-dot LED option.

 

It may be a long shot but since your car is still there - maybe MAYBE you can get the seats swapped out? It wouldn't hurt to ask... But I'm sure it would delay delivery a ton as it's outside their standard process... if they'd even do it.

Rough... urgh.


This is why this whole process has been stressful for me. I was able to thankfully get every option I wanted on my order, the car just completed production today too... but the entire time I had anxiety something would be dropped off.

 

Yeah luckily these were not a make or break item. And my car managed to start production right before the LWBS went on stop sale so i got really lucky.

 

Of course my car gets built right after they are available!
Let the search for second hand begin. I also called a couple dealers parts department. They are saying unavailable at the moment but could pop up "after production ends." They are however available only as a "replacement part." Also contacted Manthey Racing and they will not ship to USA.

 

PCCBs are not available
My SA just tried adding them to my build and received V100 status

 

for me i'd never buy any GT car without buckets, it's a must have.
