With a 60/80 Nm setup on my car moving the rear bar by just a hole on one side makes a noticeable change in the handling. It is nice to be able to make just one simple adjustment to be able to fine tune the car's handling to your personal liking.
What are the spring rates for the Swift spring upgrade for the GT4 in Nm?

whoa whoa whoa... hang on there have been multiple threads already and 'people' (me) getting lambasted for daring to suggest that Pcars let along the GT4RS need any adjustments or mods at all. They are so well engineered and tested that noone should have to do anything at all to the cars whatsoever under all conditions! Of course Im joking but I do find it funny that this forum will go after some people for complaining about the limitations of these cars and then go right on posting about what they are going to do or mod on the car next. Rant over. Carry on...
I am keeping the car stock, no mods required. Alignment and setup using stock parts that came with the car to make it more suited to the tracks I am driving. If it were road only i wouldn't change a thing. So yet again, you are incorrect and choose to opine on something you haven't driven.

This was a general not specific rant about the apparent hypocrisy relating to the majority of posts on this forum discussing modifications to Pcars that needs no modifications according to some authorities.
I was not present during alingment but I do trust my tech. And he was able to align just by adding shims to the factory control arms;
front : -3 camber (+1 mm toe) and rear: -2.5 (+2 mm)
this is a pic of the fronts at full lock. No rubbing but not much clearance with factory wheel/tyre setup. Rears are fine.
Wondering if using 991 cup camber plates for alignment would allow for a 265 wide tyre without issues?

You will need more toe on the rear....the front also need to bring that caster back closer to OEM. When the suspension travels it will rub or hit the edge of the fender.
Based on what other with 4RS have done the 991 camber plates work. They add camber and correct the caster....much better than just adding shims.
Lowering the car can also add camber.
