I've bought the fins too. There are 3 bolts / screws that attach each side to the diffuser, one hole where it appears they attach to an existing screw fixing on the rear bumper, but I can't work out whether the holes marked in red are also used to fix it to the bumper (they don't have screw fixings preinstalled).

It would be awesome if you could give the measurements in millimetres for the arrows marked in red below (centre of hole to outer edge). This would really help me when I fit the side blades.

From the look of them - i'm not so sure those red circled holes that are used for attachment - unless it you be from other inside of the bumper down into these holes - but the don't look threaded at all.
Also from the other side... are there corresponding holes to screw through?

I don’t believe there are any parts on the Porsche system that correspond with those holes, though I may double check. Just odd why the holes are there.

Screen grab from the MR JWW video where they have stripped down and 'repainted' their GT4RS.
The Screen grab shows the underside of the rear bumper... there are not additional screw/affixings to the rear bumper itself for the rear aero fins... looks like they are just screwed unto the plastic diffuser valence(x3) and re-use the single bolt towards the front. Or there are addition fixings... its on the inner lip.

Nice!
Can you share your install procedure?
Did you remove the diffuser and is it a ball ache to do?
Are the side blades/fins a direct fit to the GT4 diffuser i.e. the only difference being the RS diffuser has the holes predrilled?
