For those that are purchasing spacer, Be sure to purchase the appropriate extended lug bolts as well. I think our Stock is 30mm shank length. So add the amount of spacer to the shank length and purchase the extended bolts.

Ummm.. "stock is far from optimal"! Unless the intended purpose is to give you a mere glimpse into what this car should have been from the factory in terms of suspension set up. Stock is a bastard compromise that actually should leave a bad taste in everyones mouth who buys one of these. There is NOTHING optimal about stock for this car as out of the box it needs a lot of help to get to a true GT level suspension wise. PS I went with 7mm spacers up front, got the DSC controller and rear toe links and a decent alignment - just with this the car is next level compared to stock. I will go farther - maybe even to the point of coilovers in the future...

Thank you Slick

The Future Classic 7mm (and 15mm) spacers can be purchased with extended bolts that accommodate the spacer size. The 3mm and 5mm do not require additional bolt length.

However, the bolts provided do not include a locking bolt like the stock set, so I guess it leaves you with a bit less security if that is a concern.

Thank you Dnimi

I will start out with the 7mm spacers up front for aesthetics.

I drive in a spirited fashion, but the stock step-up exceeds my ability to expose its limits that you have pointed out. If I were a tracker I might want 'more' out it.

My GT4 has Dundon Sport Headers/OAPs and it sounds like a race car to me, and makes me feel like I am a race car driver . . . but I am not.

@Pete C

I went to 4wheelspacers and they have 8mm, 10mm, 12mm . . . I am thinking 10mm.

However, they are ALL hub centric . . . I am not certain hub centric will work?

Can you confirm the ones you purchased were hub centric

Thank you

Avera

I did not buy mine from them but I did talk to them and they ensured me that they would be the correct ones for our cars. I wound up getting mine from the Marketplace here that someone took off their car.

@Avera Hub centric means the the hub bore on the spacer will sit snug on the hub of the car rather then being loose on the hub and needing the bolts/lug nuts to centralize the spacer.

Keep in mind that negative camber adjustments also impact how stance is perceived.

Thank you @RoadrunnerGTS

I think I will just stick with a 7mm or 10mm spacer, depending if I go with Future Classic or 4wheelspacers, respectively.

Messing with camber is outside my wheelhouse.

Thank you @SlickxAC

I have used hub centric spacers on my ///M cars, but was not sure the GT4 would accommodate the spacer lip.

@Bob Z. seems to have verbal confirmation they will and @Pete C seems to have had good success with 4wheelspacers.

My point was more that you should check camber via getting wheel alignment. If the camber in different per side, the stance will differ too side to side.

If anyone wants to confirm fitment and/or what they will get contact them here: info@4wheelspacers.com

When I asked about the prongs this is what they told me: "
It depends. If the vehicle in question is the 2019 model year or newer, you will need the 5 slot version. But if your car is 2018 model year or older, you will then require the 3 slot version in order to guarantee a perfect fit on the hub of the Porsche. Either way, do not base yourself on the pictures, if you fill in the details of your model you will receive the correct spacer for that year regardless of what you see in the photos on our website. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns."

Hey Avera

Yes the 8’s are hubcentric and extended bolts are included.

@Bob Z.

When I go to their website you can punch in 'Porsche' and 'Cayman' . . . the next option is year and it only goes up to '2020.'

So, I cannot even pick out my model . . . 718 GT4. Honestly, that is my biggest concern.
