I was told balance > maximizing camber @ one corner.

And what do you mean by tail happy? When in the corner is the car loose? What makes it get loose?

It's likely the tires, but thought it worth checking alignment. Tires are about 1 year old and <4000 miles, but had similar issues years ago when using PSS on an M3 for track. I know people say the PS tires don't heat cycle, but I'm not convinced.

Any update on your alignment specs @ RoadrunnerGTS? I have a '24 GTS coming this summer and I want to have my dealer optimize the alignment for backroad fun and the occasional AX.

Just got myself a fresh alignment to start the season. Tech said rear is good enough but to get more negative camber up front would require Camber plate

Maybe it is different for the GTS but, you are running the wrong direction for front to rear camber off-sets. At least on the GT4, you would run about .5 MORE neg. camber in the front than the rear.
I would think that with your camber settings, you would have a lot of understeer.

I told him I don't want the outer edges of my tires destroyed after a couple of autocross and track days....
