Settings not persisting

Settings not persisting
Hey all,
Has anyone had issues with settings not persisting between uses of the car?
I have set my Individual mode, as well as locking/unlocking preferences multiple times now. They seem to get reset once I exit the car and lock it, either by key or by touching the door handle.
I talked to a service advisor who suggested that once it set the preferences again, I then save them using the seat memory function. I did that, but did not help.
Any suggestions are welcome.

Memory function display problems
I have the same issue. My mirrors reset, my heater (though set for A/C the night before), my stereo (despite being set for continuous or shuffle or whatever, plays the same song 3-5 times before it move on), sport exhaust, unlocking the doors, and my car status display on the dash, set to to include VOLTS display. And it's weird, because the "resets" are usually, but not always, daily. Some settings survive, others don't. Mirrors are someplace new daily, my heater is blowing full blast at max temp, sport exhaust resets to "none", ONLY the driver's door unlocks--passenger still locked out, stereo on the hard drive just repeats until it gets tired and then moves on, VOLTS are no longer on the display. Still under warranty (only 6 months old) but my dealer is over an hour away so I decided to wait until my 1yr old change to get them addressed. Sad this happens in a $100k car.

I had similar experiences with my '22 CGTS, and the above suggestion is (I think) what solved my problem. Actually, I'm pretty sure it was programming the Key icon that did it.
It's now been a couple months now since I've had to reprogram my settings.

You have to save to the KEY, then wait a few minutes before turning the car off.
I don't know why, yet mine would not hold the settings when I hit the save button, received the message on the MFD that it was being saved, then turned off the ignition without waiting a few minutes. Try starting the car, get everything setup they way you want, save to the KEY, then drive to wherever you need to go.
Best of luck

The only one that saves it to the key, is the key button.
If it's saved to memory position 1 or 2, it will only save the seats/mirrors/steering wheel if applicable, but ONLY if you press the button. It will not be automatic.
If you want the seat memory to be automatic,
First, ensure the key you want to use is the key that unlocked the car.
and only 1 key is present.
Set all your settings to your liking including AC and what-not.
Hit the set button, then the key symbol. An auditory beep should be heard.
Also check in your settings within the gauge cluster to ensure auto memory is engaged. My memory is a bit rusty on this setting as it's usually on by default.

Yes. I have the A/C set to off when I do so and it always comes on with I start the car afterwards. Maybe it’s supposed to save the “on” settings, not the “off” setting. Haven’t tried it with a specific temperature.
