Tougher to tell on a Chalk body, but they chose not to paint that area behind the frunk.
Exactly. Not a "quality issue". They simply don't paint under the plastic cover that is under a hood, that you never see... doesn't bother me in the slightest.

Why'd they chose to paint the Zuffenhausen cars then? Makes you wonder.

Some bean counter somewhere figured out they could save $10 a paint job. Either way, it's immaterial to me. I am more concerned with quality issues I can see, i.e., missing options or race tex where there should be leather.

Someone just posted a picture of a Spyder Zuff that is not painted
I didn't even notice that there's less paint in that part that is under plastic...I couldn't care less

The important lack of "quality" is the same from both ...****ty geometries, ****ty brake pads, ****ty brake fluid and no SS lines. Those ones I do care

Are 2025 GT4 RS allocations plentiful? What is the vibe for 2025 GT4 RS builds?

None that I know of out there yet. I have talked to many Sales Associates and not one of them had any 2025 Allocations yet.

Looks like my car didn't get out the door before the 3 week summer vacation for factory workers. App says Aug 22 for prod complete at the moment.

You and me both, oh well, more time for the paint to cure (assuming it has already been painted).

I hesitated to even respond to this but since folks seem wound up by it, that is overspray from the painting process. It is hit-and-miss across cars regardless of where they are manufactured. My 911 (Zuffenhausen) has overspray in the same area. Point is, they are not intentionally painting the frunk area. If they were, then based on these photos it would be considered the shoddiest paintwork imaginable.

Absolutely a non-issue.

Good point Jayson, if anything the non-painted looks cleaner since you're not seeing the gradations of overspray. Even if Phil's picture of the blue car above, you can see the gradation around the shock tower. I don't have any skin in this game, but seems like worrying about which factory the car was made in is not worth the anxiety. It's more about whether your personal car has exhibited issues or not.

Saw this at the HQ Xpel Shop.

No deviated stitching, black

What's the V300 day in TYD? Is that start of production? Mine has shifted by a few days it looks like.
