The 12 V outlet in the passenger footwell seems to have stopped working , fuse is ok , any ideas ?

Under what circumstances?

Were you plugging in a battery maintainer or using it as a power source?

Car on/ off?

Well I used to use it for the battery maintainer but it seems to have stopped working and it won't work as a power source either , irrespective if the ignition is on or off .
The center console outlet works well for charging and as power source...

If nothing works under all circumstances, I think a dealer visit is in order.

Try a different plug? Maybe it's not the socket.

Believe it is a separate fuse.

I blew the footwell fuse on my 987.2 using the tire pump. Learned later that the tire pump was supposed to be used on the console socket which had a larger, separate fuse.

Done that , and both plugs work in the center console outlet...
