Clear Bra Nightmare
The shop scratched the paint to the primer or plastic removing the black plastic vent in the real quarter panel. Up close it is bad but from a distance harder to see because of the location of the scratch. Would you get it fixed? The solution is sometimes worse than the
I would like two or three recommendation on absolutely the best shop in the Los Angeles, Pasadena, San Fernando Valley area to take the car for an estimate for repair of the scratch.
Thank you.

Sorry to hear of your troubles with the shop you chose.
Can't answer your question on the headlights since I don't have a 718. The scratch I would leave. I wouldn't want paintwork on a brand new car, but I would want some form of compensation for that, maybe the amount it would cost to repaint that panel.
Some of those bubbles they'll likely claim will go away or they will try and take care of with a pin. It's definitely not the worst PPF job that I've seen but also not the best given your expectations going in.

This is a nightmare. I'm currently getting estimates for PPF and Ceramic right now. My usual guy, who I've trusted for years, moved his business to San Francisco, so I'm casting around for someone new to try.
It's evident in your pics that you got a crap job on your beautiful new GTS.
I'd find someone to take it off and start fresh. Sadly, you're probably not going to get (all?) your money back from the first guy.

So sorry that this happened. Your head is in the right spot - worry about the damage right now. If it were mine, I would first try a means that avoided any respray which could always be done eventually. But touching up the area and reapplying clearcoat to that panel is likely the only fix that would be potentially undetectable. Definitely get it in front of some professionals and get their take.

I had my car done at Glistening Perfection with Moe @MoeMistry and wouldn't take it anywhere else.
At this point, I wouldn't go back to the guy to have him remove the ppf because he might just make it worse but I would request for a refund because of the damage he did to the car. Besides that, the work is half-assed and for him to say that he's doing 95% because that area will be damaged anyway is a lazy way of doing business. Where else is he taking short cuts on?
Good luck.

Sorry for your experience. The only thing I can add is if you paid by credit card and the company that did this doesn't want to compensate you, contact your credit card company and see if they will do anything in terms of a refund. I'm lucky I've got a top notch ppf company (who is a Rennlist sponsor) in my area. My car will be delivered to Florida. I will have it shipped to NJ in an enclosed trailer and go straight to him.

I wouldn't pay for that. That side intake needs re-spray of that panel. The headlight is clearly a case of using a razor to trim PPF. If the installer was using pre-cut templates, there should be no need to trim. Good installers have access to software to cut the PPF sheets for each panel.
Bubbles shouldnt be there after 1-2 days. If they are then they are never going away. Pin ***** is the worst method as it will let moisture in.
I had a similar issue 10 years ago with a BMW 1M. The installer put a 2 inch cut in the paint with a razor blade obviously. They refused to accept responsibility.
Unfortunately with PPF you need to find an installer that takes absolute pride in their work. When a car is done properly in PPF is almost impossible to see the PPF. My car took 7 days to get a full PPF wrap. The owner is fastidious with attention to detail, however he is almost x2 the price of other installers, but for me it was worth it as the result was flawless.
I would walk away from this installer. Post reviews for them on Google etc to warn others. Find another installer and fix it all. Then enjoy your car. Good luck!

The irony is awful in that the job of PPF is to preserve the precious original paint.

Thank you for the support and positive feedback.
I will say I did text Moe earlier today and asked him to give me a call at his convenience. He spent close to an hour on the phone with me and made me feel a lot better about this situation (that really sucks honestly). I did not realize that he could get the paint fixed when people were recommending him earlier.
I really appreciate the time we spent on the phone I will be working on getting an estimate from him for the repair needed.

Apparently the job I had done in 2006 by Sam @ Premier was done by one of the best installers in the business. Hence no problems.
