The way I see it you have two great tire combinations to choose from, the first is the OE tire height matching 245/40-19 and 285/35-19. As well as the slightly shorter front combination of 255/35-19 and 285/35-19. Both are bolt-on solutions for your GT4, it just comes down to personal preference in how much additional front grip you are interested in.

Feel free to check out our Wheel Gallery to see all of our 718 GT4 photography with wheel and tire specs in every album.

Thank you. I already have rear toe links and MCS 2way coilovers and would not be opposed to motorsport camber plates up front. My application is mostly street/canyon performance with the occasional track day (1 or 2 per year). What would you recommend in this case? And which tires? Thanks in advance

I'll send you a PM to sort this out.

Apex wheels installed.

So far, very impressed. Aesthetically, obviously they look amazing. Driving dynamics, while I was in traffic most of the time coming home, I do notice a few subtle changes...

1.) A little better initial turn-in

2.) You feel less left to right weight transfer with the wider front track as you turn in

3.) the vertical plane on the shock damping feels a little less labored and as a whole, the car just feels a little lighter on its feet.

Haven't been able to push the car dynamically yet, but early impressions are all positive.

Great to hear. I’ve got a GTS 4.0. My concern is any body rubbing of tires with wider track. I assume same body so should be ok.

I can't comment on that, as I am not sure. I know that the GT4 and GTS do NOT share the same front suspension, as the GT4 uses the front-end of the 991.2 GT3. I think the chassis and body panels are the same, but the suspension is all different. How that plays into wheels and tires, I am not sure.

Curious if anyone else in a non-GT4 is running these 20x11 wheels without issue? 245/295 front/rear.

Should fit without any issues. Their own page says the 20" sizing is identical for all 718 models.

Stock GTS wheels can also take 245/295 to run the GT4/Spyder setup if you wanted to. The Apex wheels are 0.5" wider front/rear than stock GTS wheels.
