Asking ain't selling. I've been shopping in the DC Metro since last Summer and GT4s priced like that aren't moving quickly. By comparison a 2020 with less than 1500 miles sold last year around August from Porsche Silver Spring for about $8k over, and it was for sale for a good number of weeks.
Porsche Delaware is just delusional.
Trade in around MSRP sounds right depending on location. Depending on the options you could sell private party over MSRP. I'd certainly be willing to pay some level of premium for a 2021 GT4 but only for something that's close to what I'd want on options and color.

Yup, asking prices are just suggestions, but you work with as many posted asking prices, compare with wholesale, and try to get a decent number. As far as the Silver Spring offerings, apparently black and yellow don't have high take rates.

Delaware seems to have had some really high prices for a while...I expected to at least get "above wholesale" for my 981 given their lists, and no taxes. Nope.
