the GT4 actually pulls it off nicely IMO.. add so e matte black wheels and id drive it

That's what I was thinking, but then the blues looked fairly deep, on the interior shots with guy and his dad. Chalked it up to ambient lighting, and too-high contrast for the yellowed/washed out look

yes

On the configurator online if you select frozen berry and then click the little "i" for information it says available until October production only

I suspect it's being replaced in the lineup with Neo Ruby Star

I could imagine a few awesome Ruby Star Spyder configurations. Not my cuppa, but that wouldn't make them not killer.
