Not sure if you saw in the Dealer Allocation Thread, but my local Porsche Dealership Redwood City up here in NorCal just had a GT4 allocation that I passed on. Not sure if its still available. They also had a GTS allocation which I also passed on about a month ago. I was on their waitlist which only required a 1000$ deposit. ADM on GT4 was 20k and ADM on GTS was 15k.
