I've been using Race Technologies RE10 and they're great. Not very grabby initially, and very linear. MUCH less noise on the street vs Pagids I've used in the past. And they appear to be lasting a LONG time..

I prefer the tried and tested Manthey pad (made by Pagid in collaboration with Manthey) and the OEM disk combination. It works like a charm on my car.
It squeals, but not like a pig .

So both 3.12 and 1.11 squeal, but less on the 3.12?

Neither squeal on track once bedded. On the street the 1.11 squeals like a pig, but I rarely hear a peep from the 3.12.

Not sure about that. I have the 1.11s and only every now and then get a squeal. You must drive like a little ole lady from Pasadena in city traffic if you get what you stated..

And what is the correct bedding procedure for the ds1.11 or 3.12?

Drive any track pad on the street for long enough and it will squeal as it rubs off the deposits. There is no such thing as a 'quiet on the street' track pad in my experience, unless its right after a track weekend.

I just do a quick bed in on the tollway on the way to the track which works for me. Several 90mph to 40mph decels and I can feel when the rotors have a nice pad transfer layer.
