Buy the SRS and then use it as leverage to get an R if/when it comes.

I would prefer a SRS - want something I would actually drive. Have a feeling this elusive unicorn R will be like all the CGTs- tucked away in a collection to never be driven.

R will be a numbered car so unless you're a 918 VIP or have the ability to pay a 100k+ ADM you won't get one most likely.

All these 982 special models just increase interest in the regular long forgotten 982 cars. Good for all regular model owners.

why is there so much mystery associated with this car? its nothing but a boxster with gt4rs parts. nothing is complex about it. all this secrecy would be justified if it had something crazy like a stick shift but it wont. just release the damn thing already.
