Default Ran my key through the washing machine

Accidentally left my GTS key in my shorts when I ran them through the washing machine. Key still works fine. Good Porsche engineering for a waterproof key.

At least you did not put antifreeze in your oil!

Incredible! When did you find it, before, or after the dryer cycle?

About 5 minutes into the dryer cycle as it was banging around inside my shorts. I washed my Lexus key once and it was fine too.

I suppose you could now use that key the next time you need to make a clean get-away.....

I did the same with a GT-R key, I found it before the dryer, it worked fine afterwards.
