Anyone experiencing related warranty issues?

The best advice I got (haven’t done it yet) was to discuss the mods with your service manager. Local to me is one dealer who is very strict, and another who said it was no issue as long as there wasn’t’ a fault related to the mod, or the area of the mod (in which case you’d need to reinstall stock).

anything downstream of the cats is "typically" safe ... cats and headers not so much if anything goes wrong.
