Well...dang. I thought in my renders they looked black but now that you ask I'm not sure. I don't have the car yet so I'll have to defer to someone else to say what comes as default on the GT4.
In every photo I see of a GT4 they appear to be either body color or black; only other models seem to appear in chrome. But yeah. if they are chrome I'll have to change that too.

I only just noticed that Satin Platinum wheels are no longer an option. This saddens me, but thankfully I am getting them.
FWIW I think Red or Yellow instrument dials are ugly as heck.

900 bucks would be well spent on black calipers for your build.

Great build, you will love the car. Congrats!
On options you seem on the fence about, my 2c:
Agree NAV isn't worth it if you have CarPlay
I skipped auto dimming mirrors and regret it due to safety/annoyance at night ; I would get this
I wish I had dual zone sometimes because the manual toggle isn't well designed for simple on/off, but you save $ and weight without it; fine to skip

I disagree with this and I don't know where in Texas you are. But in the area of Texas I live in, that bitch is on full blast ALL THE TIME!!! I would say the exact opposite regarding coastal California. That would be the place you would want auto climate control....as it would moderate to the moderate climate. In Texas, it is either full blast air conditioining or full blast heat.

thank you everyone for the feedback. Decided to remove bose, auto dimming mirrors and body painted nozzles...will spend that money somewhere else. Now the waiting begins
