Default "Why is that guy taking pictures of his car?"
I suspect that there are lots of people who drive by while I'm taking photos and think, "Why is that guy taking pictures of his car?" I think the better question is, How can I not? I mean, just look at it!

These were a few from a drive today - less than an hour from home (near Boise). I take lots of photos of this incredible car. I think I'll just start posting them in this thread.

This past weekend I was able to get away for a quick (Friday afternoon - Sunday) 1,000 mile tour of some of the best roads in our region. A favorite loop of mine that takes me from Idaho, to Montana, back to Idaho, then briefly into eastern Washington and Oregon, then back home to Idaho. The trip was equal parts fun, spirited (fast) driving, and capturing photos of this incredible car surrounded by beautiful, fun places to drive. Forgot to ask, do you mind sharing a high resolution image of the first shot for my wallpaper collection? 5120 x 2880 minimum

These were shot with Canon R5 and RF 28-70 f/2.0 lens, along with a DJI Mavic Air 2 drone.

Truly amazing stuff. The backlit one in the parking lot must have been a particular challenge. I'm assuming you checked with a light meter first, then backed up and took the shot?
The only thing that looks as good as your photos are the roads it looks like you have to drive on.
