I’m a sucker for Cognac/Ascot interiors. CXX was offered after my allocation, so I never had the opportunity. If it doesn’t work out... I will be keeping my Miami Blue one!
anyone want to buy my slate spyder that I just picked up 28 days ago lol
I wouldn’t stress... if there is any discount for Custom Paint with this package it’s because you have to purchase the whole package at my estimated $40k. Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur isn’t about to **** off it’s customer base by undercutting pricing. This is a CXX package through EM, not Porsche AG.
I am very interested in this. However, with $30-40K into this package with PTS, that will push it to $150-$160K MSRP. Also, interesting they are releasing this option now as I heard 718 allocations are being cut to prioritize 992 allocations. On top of the chip shortage and I wonder when the next batch of GT4/Spyder allocations will come out.

You've got the last of a rare bird in the Miami Blue color. It would suck to see you give it up but living with regret or in your case, wish-I-could've, I understand your desire for another build.
So it sounds like you would go for the Ascot interior? If you don't get the 000 Package, would you just do Ascot through CXX and then spec a PTS color or pick Shark Blue or something else off the regular menu?
BTW... isn’t your Slate Grey the darker one? And the 000 the lighter? Pete, can you clarify which Slate Grey this package is offered in?
The two uni Slate Greys—in addition, to my understanding, to Grey-Black—is beyond strange to me, but rest assured we're into the darker Slate Grey.
If any communications got the code wrong, I'll work with the team at Exclusive to ensure the darker Slate Grey is employed. I am fairly certain the correct code is noted in Issue 017, and I feel the darker shade will look better with the Ascot.
