That 229k was Canadian dollars.

Yes, $CAN but I think that the point was also the $ delta between the two prices...

The 000 Spyder would be a "for life" kind of purchase.

Exactly. $52K CDN delta between the 000 Spyder and the next most expensive one at Canadian Porsche dealers.

This came from Porsche today, 000 Spyder getting closer, now in San Francisco, delivery is in Oregon.

Will be there on Saturday—did you get your car?

Been wondering if there might be interest in a mini get-together during or around Rennsport this fall. Curious how many here are planning to drive one to RR7?

Sorry I missed seeing you and others at Luft 9. What a great event! I displayed my linden green 964 by Singer and was super impressed with the turn out and the incredible cars on display there.

I don't have my 000 Spyder yet, still sitting at port in San Francisco.

Several of us are driving down Hwy 1 from Oregon to Rennsport in September. Might bring the Spyder, not sure yet.

The wait is killing me. Had dinner with a friend last night who showed up in an Albert Blue 911, which looked fantastic.

If a number of owners are thinking about bringing these cars to Rennsport, it might be fun to get together for drinks or dinner…could be an opportunity to get all of the colors together for the first time (that I know of).

Missed this car at Luft, but there was so much to see and do that day. Too cool, and love the plate frame.
