Most cars have some Exclusive options.
My understanding not only CXX goes to CT... Some Exclusive Manufaktur options go there as well. Any option that is full ALPHA that doesn't start with an "X" also go to CT.
My Sales Manager said per PVMS my car is still in CT and not due to exit until 7/10

Dealers say the strangest things.

Mine said the opposite and I didn’t spend anytime in CT.

I had 10 Manufaktur options, yes all letters.

Anyway, hope you get out of jail soon regardless of reasons.

Thanks, TXshaggy.

Any Exclusive Manufaktur option with an X as the first digit is done on the line.

Maybe I'm wrong if none of your options had an X first.

Interesting stuff, I like little details like this.

I’ll check my build sheet and report back.

Hopefully you made it on the boat... if not the SFL Conductor should be pulling into Emden next week, and that will be heading to JAX, so you might not have to wait too long.

Luckily my car was only at the port for 10 days before it hitched a ride.
Still no update so hoping I am fortunate enough to make it aboard the Conductor next week as you state.

TYD is for sure a "take it for what it is" phenomenon and I have a fair amount of patience so the wait is NBD. However, as I (and others) have pointed out, I believe our friends at Porsche have lost focus on the nuance of Digital Experience/User Experience. Fortunately they more than make up for this in the Driving Experience category which net-net is what counts.

Cheers.

TYD just updated to reflect Milestone 8 (vehicle left the German port) shifted right 3x weeks to a 28 JUN boat. Apparently I not only missed my scheduled boat but will miss the one after that as well. Bummer but it is what it is, hope others here are more fortunate with their shipping schedule. Cheers.

I wouldn't read too much into that. I'm not sure TYD even knows what boats are coming up and might just choose a reasonable range that probably includes a boat. If you know when the next one leaves, keep hope that you'll be on it.

Mine updated just before the last boat to Halifax came in and changed the dates to the end of June, suggesting it was going to miss it.

Then, the day the boat left port, it updated again to say it made it on.

Do I have the record of "longest wait time at port"?

GT4 arrived to German Port 3/21

I've missed 2 shipping dates.

If my GT4 ships on 6/16 (this Friday), I will have a total wait time in port of 12 weeks and 3 days........

Yeah, the west coasters are definitely having issues.

Pure insanity. Sales Advisor said its due to "port strikes"

Everything I find is its due to VW not scheduling enough ships and VW port lot so impacted that they can not do First in First out.

Doesn't add up. Current delivery date is 3 months passed original projection delivery date.

I have to agree with Weasel. My car left the German port a couple weeks earlier than what was projected on TYD. Good luck!!!

Does TYD update the schedule once it hits the real progress completion? Or does it continue to be misaligned through the process? Not sure if this is accurate, but if you miss a deadline your schedule automatically gets bumped by pre determined periods of time?

Another data point... My Spyder has been in production now for three weeks.

I don't think anyone knows. I know there's been some weirdness where some numbers have updated and others haven't... and then those others update a hours or days later to make sense again. I'm fairly convinced that the end-dates on the ranges it shows are just set time spans from the start dates. On the app, it doesn't show them at all for me. Just the estimated date repeated twice.

In more exciting news... The Siem Cicero has entered the Grand Banks!!!

Mine is a week late to start production. Step 4 was supposed to start 6/7

TYD hasn’t updated with new dates.
