“Happened” to check TYD this morning… ready for transport! Scheduled cp8 date was tomorrow. Nice to have it move up for once, even if only a day. Delivery date is still 6/17… I’m hoping that moves up as well, especially after seeing all the gorgeous cars being delivered lately here.
For those with delays that are wondering, BGTS but with racetex (GTS package) interior.

Well, today is the day that I finally leave the waiting room. After five months I’ve taken delivery!! Extremely happy with everything. It’s perfect. Simply an incredible car.

Congrats! I love the carbon fiber steering wheel and transmission lever. I asked if I could do CXX carbon fiber steering wheel on my Spyder and was told no. Don't quite understand why it can't be done as I assumed it would have just been pulled from the B/CGTS 4.0 options bin. Maybe it has something to do with the trim color on the spokes of the steering wheel but those seem to be an easy swap at the factory. Oh well. I guess I'll just envy your steering wheel. Enjoy the many miles of smiles!

6/17 is my expected delivery date too. My car is supposedly at port and awaiting a ship. Can’t wait for this thing! My delivery date briefly got bumped out 3 more weeks but that didn’t stick, luckily. Just hoping to get it with enough time to break it in before VIR track event over 4th of July!
oh and i guess I’ll state my build in case it’s useful to someone re delays etc.
Entered production on 4/26. CP8 was scheduled for 5/6 this Friday but got pushed out to 6/3. Delivery delayed for 3 weeks (7/22 vs 7/1)
I suspect this might be parts related?
maybe, but mine seemed to glitch a little during production and my delivery got pushed 6/17 to 7/8.. i moaned about it for a couple days then TYD said the car was en route to Emden and the total mileage trickled down finally.
don’t want to give false hope but give it a couple days and see how it sorts out before buying a panic car like I almost did haha. (I have a track day over 4th of July and was super bummed to see it might not be here in time!)
Looks like you and I shared a ride into Plano! I consider myself very lucky to have survived a ride with your car. Looking forward to some local Spyder meetups.
Mine should come in early June! I can't wait, and definitely looking forward to some local meetups.
