I have a couple of V200s starting at 11/30/22 (Actual) and 1/22/21 (actual) (weird, go figure). When discussing with PCNA, they suggested to me its the commission number that best represents the sequence of orders. My commission number is E39316. I have an Atlanta PEC pickup date of 8/5/21. I am assuming all these numbers are “funny” until I see actual progress

So far, is it just North Americans that have been formally offered a new engine? Seems like it, which also makes you wonder why it takes 5 months to make 250-280 engines.

That's embarrassing for Porsche. I hope they get their act together for everyone's sake. So they shipped an incomplete repair kit by the sounds of it.

I received the same message from my (US Based) dealer letting me know that my engine swap will now take place at the Houston port and will be delivered to the dealer after the swap. No real idea of the time for my specific car.
I’m fine with a port swap because they should be doing a bunch of these and mine is later in the line so the crew doing the work should have a lot of experience with the job. At my dealership, I have the only impacted car so it would be a one-time job for them.
I’m so tired of going to car events in my Jeep and want a fun summer car to drive! I’m tempted to buy something as a bridge but used car prices are also out of control. Nothing to do but complain

The following is the official information on the priority of the recall:
PCNA will prioritize engine shipments to dealers based on the date the vehicle was placed into KF status and the required engine availability.
PCNA will prioritize engine shipments to dealers based on the date the vehicle was placed into KF status and the required engine availability.
- For already delivered vehicles (25) engine parts will auto-allocate to dealers based on the customer’s preferred servicing dealer. To ensure customer safety, this group of 25 VINs will be remedied first.
- For vehicles currently at dealer waiting on engines for initial delivery, parts will auto-allocate to that dealer’s location as soon as they are available.
- For vehicles currently at port, engine replacements will be completed there, as capacity allows, following the same prioritization.

Replacement schedule
Porsche Canada sent out the replacement schedule to the dealers yesterday (it was a national holiday). Most of us in the Canadian group chat are waiting for the dates from their dealers We have one rod replacement scheduled for mid June and an engine replacement scheduled for late August. I also know of another fellow in Montreal with a replacement engine coming in the end of July.
One fellow has is new engine installed (he was 1 of 2 Canadians driving I think), and he said it seems fine.
Once we have a few more data points we'll be able to see if there's a correlation between delivery times and order dates etc.
Has the US issued any schedule?

I spoke with my SA last week and he told me that he didn't receive any schedule for engine replacement but told me also that they received some rods for repair. If there is a replacement schedule for engines, how come my SA doesn't know nothing about it for now?

I am in Montreal waiting for an engine replacement, my SA told me that they have 3 customers with engine replacement in their dealership (i'm one of them). There are 3 dealerships in the Montreal area and 1 in Quebec city.
