I'll be listing my 2021 Gentian Blue PDK GT4 with about 2k miles for sale in the next month (I'm waiting on title to come through). MSRP is $119k and I'll list it for $115k.

I would say though that in markets where dealers get very few or in certain parts of the country, you will not find that, but if you do your homework in the So. Cal. area, it is absolutely possible.
Happy hunt and negotiating.

It's there, but not common. So. Cal. you can find those discounts. I am at 3% off on my build as soon as an allocation is available, with confirmed screen shots. I am not going to openly advertise all the details as I put in the work and effort to get there, but it is possible. This is with NO trade BTW.

But you were also buying another car from the same dealer, right?
A sample of one, and one that is connected to another sale, is not data.
Saying 3-5% discount is easy to get on a GT4 right now is nonsense. Maybe on a random crazy bloated build sitting on a dealer lot somewhere. Otherwise, wishful thinking.

Don't hate because you are in TX. There are deals in So. Cal.
You have to keep in mind that So. Cal. is home to LA and the Hollywood scene. Expensive/exotic cars are a dime a dozen there.

It's also the home of some of the biggest ADM Porsche dealers on the planet.

Again, please show me a few people who got 5% off on an allocation with no trade in and no other purchase going on at the same dealer. Actually, just show me one. Every single person who has claimed a decent discount on here has been one of three cases:
1. Trading in a car (faux discount)
2. Buying another car at same dealer (faux discount)
3. Purchasing a dealer inventory car with bloated options (faux discount)
Are there a few random real discounts out there? Sure. But 3-5% ain't happening for 99% of the buyer pool out there and to tell the OP that is to give him false hope.

Please. I have and I've actually tried to buy from three different SoCal dealers over the last 7 years. You might want to do some research on the various GT forums here and see what some of the SoCal Rennlisters have to say about their local dealers.

I got 3% off, I am in constant communication with my SA and he has provided me with screen shots of my order and pricing. He is also a volume dealer.
Again, I am just answering the OP's question based on my experience. If you choose to not believe me that's up to you, not my issue. I never said it was common, I said it was POSSIBLE.
Carry on

Is this the same dealer who told you last month there are 2 more MY21 allocation cycles coming and big allocation drop first week of March? Now telling you you’re on the MY22 list? Sounds like they are tumbleweed or just rolling you on...
BTW, hope you get a discount allocation...doesn’t affect me in any way.
