Extremely low inventories

Burning Brakes
Hi all,
I'm rather new here. I've been looking to purchase a new GTS 4.0, I can't even find single one in the New England area to test drive. Also very low 911 inventory. Strange going in to the spring season. Plenty of SUVs though which I have no interest in. What gives? Is it because Porsche has de-prioritized sports car production in the face of chip shortages? Thanks!

2021 MYs the 992 switched before August break, the 982s were after.
We know the 992s will go MY22 before break, unclear if 982s will follow and have a shortened 2021 build.
People on here have posted 2021 June and July allocations so suspect it’ll be after break.

Why do a surprising number of people on here think that schedule would be dramatically different for 2021 models?

While many have reported MY21 Jun/Jul allocations...others are reporting MY22 982 begins in Jun/Jul.
Guess we’ll find out soon...
