Is Porsche Entry & Drive option has gone?

No. It’s always been both a stand-alone option and part of the top-line package.
It is likely a mistake in the configurator. Configurator seems to exhibit bugs at a far greater frequency later than in previous years.
If you need to order now, get your SA to work with PCNA/PAG to get it added as an option.

Oh wow. It's definitely disappeared.
I had a GTS 4.0 config saved in "My Porsche" and I know I had E&D selected. Now it looks like, while I still have a saved config - it's been completely reset AND no more E&D. It used to be under the "Comfort and Convenience."
It also doesn't appear to be listed in the Premium Package as a line item anymore either.
I know for sure I had it selected because it was one of the things I was bummed I couldn't get when I decided to switch to a Spyder.

Yeah - you are right. Either I glossed over it and didn't see it when I looked a few minutes ago, or the tool was updated. (More likely the former....) But it's definitely not an individual option anymore.

Don’t assume it is available as part of the package if it isn’t available separately.
Curious.
Wonder if this is a manifestation of the “automotive semiconductor shortage?”

I noticed the same a short while ago (I'm in Sweden)! I also have a GTS on order (ordered in November, ETA mid-May) and just last week I made yet another small tweak to my spec (I added Race-Tex sunvisors :-) which still had the Entry & Drive option included in the revised order confirmation (E&D is actually one of several reasons I didn't go with the GT4, where this option was never available) -- but now all of a sudden E&D is no longer listed in the configurator (I've also cross-checked with the German site; same situation there). It appears that Porsche has decided to no longer offer this option, and if so I really hope this decision will not affect existing orders!
Interestingly, in the 911 configurator the option remains but has changed from "Porsche Entry & Drive" to just "Porsche Entry", and in the description it no longer mentions driving away without the key inserted, just opening the doors. My hunch is that the insurance companies have pressured Porsche (and likely other manufacturers as well) to cancel this option as a means to make it harder for car thieves, since this is a bit of a weak spot in the car's anti-theft system...
