New GTS 4.0. Black door handles or body color

My chalk gt4 came with gloss black handles and black wheels - I didn’t spec out the build. Thought I wouldn’t like it but now I do...also get positive comments on the contrast from others looking at car. To each his own...I don’t think it detracts since there is black trim everywhere - mine adds a splash of red between the calipers and interior stitching and seating. Originally wanted gentian blue but this one became available earlier so I took it - must say it Has grown on me

My previous Boxster was yellow with black bits including the door handles, and my current Spyder is yellow with black bits including the door handles. Love it. The bumblebee scheme. My Chalk 911 has body color door handles and I wish they were black!

I went with Black door handles on PTS Mint green ... Black handles,
Black wheels, Black Calipers , Black roof ;-) and black headlights and gloss black logo in back .
I wanted to have black accents on Mint green . This is a bold choice for me ( wife wanted ) . I do like bright colors .
In the end it is your car if you like it do it ! I seen on several and I like it . The questions is will we get tired of it .
Such first world problems !

Here's mine in your colours with black mirrors as well. I'm in the process of doing the rear spoiler black also so will post a picture when that's done. It's not the best picture as it was taken inside. I don't have any decent ones of it out in the open but it gives you an idea. Hope it helps you decide.

I took them off and got them sprayed. It's really easy to do. It's literally two screws and less than five mins per mirror. Let me know if you want me to talk you through it when you get your car or just search on hear as I've posted how it's done.

Different opinions as has been said but you asked... to me I don’t know why anyone would want to call out the handles. Hidden handles seem like better design, and colour coded as next best. You see Porsche itself flushing and colour coding handles recently in the 911. My take is that the deeper you can make the belt line of a car look the more stubby and aggressive the overall package appears, and blacking the handles breaks up the belt line visually and takes some of the sportiness out. But all the best with whatever you land on.
